Dining & catering equipment, setup & packdown options?

This will depend on what the venue already has available in the way of dining tables, chairs, trestles and whether these are included in the venue hire or if you have to pay additionally for these.

Choose one of five packdown options

We provide almost everything except for lighting, special theming and decoration, audio visual gear and entertainment! Our inclusions are provision of all dining tables, chairs, basic table setting of white tablecloths and white linen napkins, cutlery, crockery, salt and pepper shakers, water carafes, all necessary glassware, bar equipment including eskies and ice, servery utensils, including urns and tea and coffee cups (if tea and coffee is in menu) and all trestles for food preparation and serving.

We provide all the above equipment plus setup and packdown, except for Bar equipment and glassware. This would be the case if the venue was licensed.

We provide just the crockery, rolled cutlery, kitchen and servery requirements including chafing dishes, trestles for Buffet station and servery utensils plus tea and coffee urns and cups and saucers if this is in your selected menu. Does not include any Bar equipment, dining tables and chairs, tablecloths and linen napkins.

Provision of just side plates for fingerfood and tea and coffee station including urns, cups and saucers, milk jugs etc.

None of the above - you are just having fingerfood delivered (this comes with cocktail napkins) and the venue has a license and all glassware etc is provided by the venue and you're not offering tea or coffee.
